"The staff was amazing during our stay! Especially the concierge, Luis, he was able to help us book 2 more tours that we were interested in. The breakfast had a wide variety everyday and the pool view was beautiful. Additionally, our room was clean and when we needed something it was easy to contact the main lobby staff for items. Truly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is near various local restaurants and getting an uber was easy. "

Gym was convenient, breakfast was super delicious, they also have beach towels you can borrow. Planning my next stay in Cartagena in this hotel for sure. Super impressed. "
