"I’ve traveled to over 12 countries and this is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. The aesthetic, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded every expectation.
The breakfast is a MUST. I actually woke up early on vacation just to make sure I didn’t miss it. My husband isn’t a breakfast person, yet he happily ordered a club sandwich and fries every morning while I enjoyed the incredible spread. And the pistachio-filled croissant? I’ll be dreaming about it forever.
The staff made us feel like VIPs. There were so many moments where I asked, “Wait…this is included?” The pool is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and having breakfast served poolside on the daybeds was such a luxury. The location is perfect—you can walk everywhere in Cartagena, making it easy to explore.
My only suggestions would be slightly larger rooms (even the upgraded room felt a bit small), a bigger shower and sink area, a larger gym with more equipment, and brighter vanity lighting instead of motion-sensor lighting for getting ready.
Other than that, everything was perfection. The food, drinks, service, and design made this hotel feel like a true luxury wellness escape.
