"The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill."

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. "Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again."
