"Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room."

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Kitchen struggled to serve breakfast at appointed time, or as ordered, or even to open the dining room and turn on the lights by 8 am. Some of it was language issues, some was poor communication between reception and kitchen. The hotel is a bit creaky, but you could call it character. I enjoyed my stay."
