"This placs is absolutely amazing. Its nice and quiet and the beauty of the water and the comfort of the rooms are definitely some reasons that we will be back. There are lots of places to eat and entertainment in the surrounding area. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we needed had we decided to cook and eat in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. "

"The room was okay. The mattress was very hard and lumpy. The tub was impossible for a bath(much too narrow), but reasonable for a shower. The facial tissue dispenser was empty. Breakfast was nice, well served, but crowded."

"Smell like smoke could not sleep well because of smell old tub and pipes sink need replaced"

"The breakfast was above average for a hotel in this class with nice cheese omelets and sausage links each morning, in addition to other things that I didn't eat. The pool area needs some love. They do have a pool but the lighting there is very dim and dark and it feels "scary" for kids to swim there. It's like the backrooms. The room's beds were comfortable and clean. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night until I checked on that around 5pm."

"Motel was as clean and was just a good as most overnight motels my only complaint was the breakfast bar was very skimpy. Couple of bananas and apples coffee was it. I understand they had a couple of sweet rolls but nothing else. Motel was clean and quiet and close to a couple of fast food restaurants. I did not have a pet and I was dubious about a pet friendly motel because of a problem in the past but no problem and rules were pretty straightforward about pets. "The WiFi was down, which sucked. We also had to ring the doorbell and wait several minutes outside to be checked in by the staff. The property itself is clean and quiet though, and given the price and location, overall I would recommend it"

"The hotel itself is in a great location to explore Helen as well as surrounding state parks. There is a lovely trail that follows the river just across the street at is a lovely get away from the sun after exploring shops and restaurants"

"Room 232, nice and clean, comfortable bed. Everything worked and bathroom was clean and had a tub with shower with plenty of hot water. Balcony was dated almost to the point of unsafe, do NOT lean on the railing, pretty sure it's going to give way soon if it isn't repaired or replaced. Great view and nice staff and room."
