Difficile à trouver l'endroit d'accueil !! aucune indication et adresse de l'accueil. L'adresse quand on clique sur l'itinéraire est complètement fausse. Cheveux sur les couverture et un peu sale. Fuite d'eau non résolu après 1 intervention.

Förvaring

Dåligt att jag inte fick korrekt adress för incheckning, ett problem sedan minst två år enligt recensioner. Varför inte rätta till det? Boendet låg nära skidbacken och det fanns skåp, i annat utrymme, för skidor. Bra. Rummet var litet men det hade jag räknat med men det var alldeles för dåligt med förvaring och avlastningsplatser. Köket hade bara tallrikar och bestick för två personer. Vänner som hälsade på fick ta med tallrikar och bestick. Är man medveten om dessa brister så var boendet bra.

No communication on where to go for check in. Even phoned ahead, they didn't tell me the reception was in a different building or where to go to pick up the keys. No tea towel to dry pots, only 3 plates but was apartment for four Couldn't get access to ski locker... Looked too small for the building

The room was so small, a sofa bed to sleep on we had to put away every morning to move. Bathroom not very nice to be in, very poor shower and it was so loud when running hot water Kitchen area barely any room to make a hot drink Overall would not rate this to stay in again

L’équipement est à revoir : - mitigeur de l’évier est branlant - housses du canapé de coussins sales - moisissures sur le mur près du bac à douche dans la Sdb - coin de la TV cassé - ustensils de cuisine abîmés ou manquants - poignée porte fenêtre endommagée - Éclairage mal adapté - Malgré le ménage fait, la propreté était négligée Pour finir, l'équipe d’acceuil manquait de professionnalisme, politesse, rapidité et organisation.

Billigt men man skal ikke forvente noget.

Det ligger fantastisk og lige ud til pisten. Nøglen skal man have et andet sted (det stod ingen steder). Så jeg væltede rundt med min datter for at finde rundt. Der er 4 Odelays i byen og det er ikke markeret hvor nøglen skulle hentes. Lejligheden var EKSTREM lille. Selv efter franske standater. Man skal selv have alt med til lejligheden. Det står der heller ikke. Det er verdens tyndeste tæpper som dyner. Wi-Fi virkede ikke.

La location ne correspond pas du tout aux photos lors de la réservation. J'ai réservé avec 1 chambre et au final on se retrouve dans un studio. L'état général de l'appartement est plus que limite, la déco est dans le jus !!! La télévision est en option une honte vu le montant de la location pour la semaine.

Perfect location

Check-in went smooth. we knew beforehand that the reception was not located directly at the hotel, which was an advantage. The location of the hotel could not be better, and the access to the upper part of the town is very easy with the elevator just around the corner. Our key was collected directly at our doorstep which was quite convenient. The deposit was returned after one week, so don't panic if you do not get the return right away. The apartment was small but that is expected from a French studio, so we were not surprised. Overall a perfect stay, as long as you are aware that this is not a 5-star hotel.

This was the most discussing rooms ever seen. It was mold in the bathroom and kitchen. It was not cleaned when we arrived, and no help from the reception. The apartment was very different from the pictures at hotels.com. Reception informed that the apartment showed on hotels.com does not exist. Location is great, but it the standard is very poor. The setup is a scam, and price is too high compare to what you get.

Great location to enjoy if you are not too demandi

Excellent location to a hub of ski lifts, and not far from Val Claret centre. Ski in and ski out is at your door step. The place itself is what you pay for, ok overall, but rooms are tiny. Check in was tedious and not at the location of the apartments. You have to go about 100m away to where the main reception of Odalys is, and queue for a while...

Does exactly what it says on the tin...

Don't come here expecting luxury (or a particularly clean & smoke free apartment!), but if you're looking for somewhere a stone's throw from the main lifts in Tignes, and access to over 300km of pistes this is the place to be. Yes it could be updated, and the mattresses could be more comfortable but you get what you pay for, and there is no better location for a budget self-catering stay. Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges when you arrive.

Great location. Room is what you would expect for a ski apartment, it's functonal and clean the rest of the building was a little rough round the edges, especially the lift which jolted rather vilently as it came to a stop. Location is perfect with a 30m walk to the central lift point. Handy for shops and right next to the lift up to centre of Tigens Val Claret. Surprised to have to pay 24 euros for a sheets a small towel so suggest you bring your own sheet and towels if you can. One bad point was my key for the Ski locker didn't work, I put my snowboard in my bathroom instead. Warning: They charge 300 euros if you loose your keys, so don't! Dont expect the ritz and you will be happy.

Faultless location but that's it.

The staff are unwelcoming and rude, the rooms are very basic and very tired and forget WiFi! However, Tignes is about the huge ski area and this place couldn't be closer to the lifts! So, if you ski all day and just need a place to sleep, this place is perfect, if you don't and like to relax in the apartment look elsewhere.

Great location, less than a minute's walk from all the ski lifts at the Grand Motte. Supermarket and several ski hire shops within 30 seconds of the building. This is a typical French self-catered apartment - we booked a studio for 4 people which was perfectly adequate for the two of us, it would be a real squeeze for 4 adults... If you have stayed in self-catered apartments on the slopes before then you will know what to expect - bring your own bedding and towels (or you'll have to pay), bring something to watch tv/films (you will have to pay for a TV), and if you're used to a fully stocked kitchen then bring a few utensils as there are always only the bare minimum. There was a coffee machine, microwave and 2 burner hob so anyone with an ounce of skill in the kitchen can whip something up for breakfast and/or dinner. There was a balcony overlooking the slopes (good place for our skis as we didn't have the key for the locker!), and enough storage space and hangers for our clothes. The only thing that let the apartment down really were the other guests - rowdy youngsters who liked a few drinks every evening and thought nothing of shouting at each other over balconies and banging on doors at all hour of the night...That being said, we bought some earplugs and the situation was soon remedied! All in all a good stay, as long as you know what to expect from this type of accommodation. Excellent value for money..
