"Very hot night and did not have A/C .. didnāt even have fans to make up for it . Very humid and MUSTY . Last resort type hotel . Pls donāt waste your money .. might as well sleep on the beach ."

Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
"The building does not have AC. In plain summer the humidity and heat is unbearable. We called front desk and ask for a fan and they said they run out. One of my friend has Asthma and she almost pass out because the heat inside de room was horrible. I don't recommend this place. Poor costumer service ..."
