Pros : Food, game zone, clean pool 7 to 7, Adequate space in room.
Cons : Non-flexibile in terms of extention & food ordering time. Less option as compared to what mentioned in the menu for food under Alacarte. "

Mr. Jitendra and his team was fabulous and they ensured our stay was comfortable.
Room Service team and restaurant team made sure they take care of each one of us including the requirements for kids.

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."
"Over all it was great. Enjoyed a lot. ... My daughter enjoyed the children play area and game zone. There is a scope of improvement in developing food service timing and maintaining swimming pool."
"Renovation work was going on when we checked in, but we didn't face any inconvenience. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. I will give 5 stars only for that. I believe it will be a great place to be in when the renovation is complete."
"Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day.
We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary.
On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day.

Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels.
