"The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later….."

"Gostei , o quarto é simples , banheiro simples, atendimento muito bom , Safari é muito bom , tem bastante animais na reserva sendo possível ver o big 5 em apenas 2 games, indico guia jhonsson. Restaurante é bom e atendimento também. Jantar é em um restaurante anexo com cultura local. Animais soltos pelo pátio , como “pumbas”, jabutis e impalas traz uma energia boa. As cheetas domesticadas que aparecem nos comentários não estão mais no Hotel. Me atraiu esse ponto , porém ao chegar lá já avisaram...

Our rangers Bill and Mel were extremely knowledgable and passionate about sharing their love for all living things in the bush. Ross was there whenever we needed anything and shared many entertaining...

"Only stayed one night coming back from our stay in Kruger but as soon as we got there we realised we should have booked for two. There are loads of things to do in the area that we were interested in and on site there were walks we could have taken surrounded by nature. The location is beautiful and even just outside the bedroom you see deer and a warthog or two. Marlon was a great host and very knowledgeable and the room was luxurious as was the bathroom that also had a choice of inside and...

"Just a beautiful part of the world in a quiet bush sanctuary. The accommodation, setting, ease of communication and overall experience was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with myself for having not booked for longer. I’ll most certainly return."
