"The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. "Room didn’t get cleaned for my entire 5 night stay. Requested it, but only got towels changed. Toilet paper holder was broken, shades wouldn’t lower all the way, no conditioner, ran out of body wash, no pool towels ever available.
Pool was being vacuumed while we were in it. Trash in lobby always overflowed.
Breakfast for a fee, nothing great."

"2 of the front desk employees & a guest tried to BREAK into my room at 1 am! Terrifying myself & my daughter. They kicked our door, used the key card several times & even put their fingers inside the door to move the bar. At one point they actually got the bar off and opened our door, my daughter put all her weight into the door & closed it and locked it again! I had to be up in just a few hours for a big horse show, so to say the least, I was completely exhausted during my show!!!

"The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here."
