"Had an issue with them overbooking king sized beds so we were stuck in a double bed. The hotel made it right the next day and moved us rooms. "Each time we tried to use the pool there were no towels. We had to let the front desk know and eventually the towels would be replenished. Also the hot tub jets come on and off at random. There's not a button to activate them. You just have to take advantage of it while they happen to be going."
