"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"Three nights in a very unique & quirky B&B. Inside the capsule are two pillows, two private lights, two USB ports, a shelf, a safety deposit box, two ventilation holes, a controllable fan and railing for clothes. The capsule was spacious and I was able to put a medium and a small trolley case inside. The mattress was fairly...

"Upon check out, the front desk staff followed my wife & I out of the hotel and halted our taxi because we did not return both plastic key cards and insisted on a 35 baht ($10) penalty. Wow!!!"

"Very quaint hotel, really convenient for exploring the town and quiet location. Small room, very small double bed (though beautiful aesthetically) and not much by way of available drinks or snacks - not a problem though would have been nice to sit in the front open area. Staff were nice but didn’t seem that customer - centric."

"Rummet ok. Personalen ganska ointresserad. Var endast 1natt så omdömet därefter ."
