Feedback on Room
We appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing earbuds; however, the room we were allocated was unfortunately very close to the side of the road, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise. Additionally, the walls seemed quite thin, and we could hear almost everything both from outside and from nearby cabins.
For instance, Cabin 2 had guests who forgot their phone inside, and their repeated attempts to get in, including calling the on-call number, were disruptive and added to our discomfort.
We hope this feedback helps in improving the guest experience, and we would suggest considering better soundproofing or assigning rooms further away from noisy areas in the future.
Suggestion for Knife Storage
I would recommend reconsidering the placement of knives in the room, as having them visible and easily accessible to all guests could pose a safety concern. Perhaps using a lockable code box for storage would be a safer option, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to them and reducing the risk of misuse.
