"They gave us wrong access code to the room. Had to wait quite a time for someone to open the door. We arrived late at night,very tired. The staff didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. He acted like we entered wrong number and when I show the code that I received, he said it is not his fault, it is their fault. I don't know who the 'they'. He had very annoyed attitude toward us. We didn't cause any trouble."

"We did not like the fact we had to park in the parking garage and walk to hotel. They charge by the hour or day. The heat didn’t work when we arrived but they gave me portable heater. If you stay here I suggest you ask them to validate parking ticket. They do not offer it and say you need to pay separately but when I asked second day they validated my ticket. But when I asked they said I had to pay. The garage attendant informed me of this so we did save money. Once validated parking was free."
