"When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. The shower looked like it had seen better days and it had no water pressure that being said I did read a pre warning...

"The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!"

"Spacious family room but the property was unclean and not well maintained at all. The walls, blinds and curtains were covered in dust and grit. The surfaces of the bathroom and kitchen were clean but I did not open any cupboards or drawers and would not have been comfortable cooking and/or eating due to the sheer amount of dirt on the other surfaces - I would say it has been several years since the place has been properly cleaned.
