I am not sure if the a/c was working, when I turned it on it seemed to heat up the room so I kept the windows open. The property is PERFECTLY located, and the staff was very helpful with an early check-in and coffee when I had a very early departure. The chef was always present during breakfast which was excellent. This property is a great value! No coffee in room, but bottled water provided daily.

Very pleasant hotel with excellent personal, copious breakfast and comfortable rooms. Somewhat spartan fittings - no tea or coffee-machine. Air-conditioning rather weak.

Hotel novo e bem cuidado! Atendimento foi maravilhoso quando chegamos! Quarto amplo, muito limpo, cama e ducha maravilhosas! A localização é maravilhosa para passear a pé em Tirana! Próximo a muitos bons restaurantes! Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha. Hotel serve café da manhã, mas preferimos sair e ter o café da manhã em um restaurante que gostamos bem próximo ao hotel!
