"Staff were friendly and the property was nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh food and amazing eggs. Some areas in the bathroom could have been cleaner and the property was a little worn in places but would stay here again."

"Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect."

"lovely hotel for a short night before meeting our hiking group in albania. clean and nice rooms, quiet and breakfast was included. only challenge was walking the 4-5 blocks there as its across/around a busy road with parking lots, taxis, etc."

"This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos ..."

"The property listed as 5 star however I would say it is 4 star hotel. Property is dated, staff are reluctant to help and judgemental depending on who is checking in and including spa area. Requires renovation to bring it to 21 century modern status"
