"Dies war bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt im pradl elf my apartment. Die Apartments sind super schön hergerichtet, designt und ausgestattet sowie sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Der Check in nach Rezeptionsschluß klappt total problemfrei. Die Lage mit 3 Stops zum HBF macht es zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für die Umgebung."

"The room smelled like the breath of the last 28 guests and their ancestors all the way to Mozart accumulated over time. It clearly had NOT been ventilated for months and that caused the air to smell stuffy and stale. Extremely unpleasant. And on top of that the AC did NOT work (despite the fact that the Expedia ad clearly says it includes AC). When we confronted the front desk about it they dismissed our complaint and told us to “open the window” (excuse me??? It was cold and rainy outside!!)....

"First the positives, nice hotel, wonderful view (if you book the pricey river view), and very central and close to the old town. On the not so good is the hassle of not being able to park in front of the hotel, so if you're traveling with lots of luggage and kids, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. One staff member at check in was very rude and unable to explain inconsistencies in pricing, which is why we would not return to this place and also...

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"Large comfortable King bed, floor to ceiling windows looking to The Alps. Soundproof windows that open. Modern. Fantastic views from 12 foor rooftop breakfast. Under 10 min walk to historic area, 5 min to shopping mall 1 min from train station which has grocery and food. Multiple fast elevators that require key card for added safety. Secure luggage storage. Staff speak English."

"Beautiful old world hotel with modern amenities. It right in the middle of everywhere you want to be in Innsbruck. Super clean, shopping, walking and eating right outside your door. Breakfast was amazing, not only was there a wonderful array of baked goods, fruit, meat, cheese, you could also order a la carte which we did and it was delish. The lady taking care of the breakfast room was super sweet and nice and made us the best cappuccinos. Five stars all around."

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away. The ski resort is worth. The mountains are beautiful to go to on cable car especially if you catch it on a sunny day. Overall a highly...

"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, Preis Leistung in Ordnung…..aber das Frühstück ist leider von minderer Qualität. Nicht das wir sehr anspruchsvoll wären, aber für den Preis was wir für das Frühstück bezahlt haben, geht das nicht in Ordnung. Man merkt bei vielen Produkten, das sie einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig sind. "

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die kleinen Notfall-Kits (Nähzeug, Schuhputzschwamm, ...) und die Hosen-/Rockbügel im Schrank waren sehr praktisch. Das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Bidet!) war traumhaft. "
