"This resort was the perfect as Tay in every sense if you're going on a safari. The rooms are beautiful. The staff very friendly. The outlook is delightful. And the swimming pool is exceptional. After a long day at safari and you just want to have some lux, coming back to this resort was amazing. Buffet was ok. 6100 lkr per person. It was good enough. The inside restaurant just lacked atmosphere. Beautiful design. But no atmosphere..... Would I go back. Absolutely with no hesitation Thank you Jetwing"

"Staff were lovely, catered to my food allergies however, the pool needs to be repaired alot of missing tiles. Prince in housekeeping and both chefs, exec and su, were excellent as well as the locals making the hoppers."

"Literally a paradise, the view from the room or actually anywhere in the hotel is amazing. Great food, good gym and pool. Very relaxing, since you can hear the ocean 24/7. Location is amazing cause it’s very convenient to the national Park. If you are doing a safari it’s a great option, it makes everything way easier. The room, was recently renovated and it was perfect. Very comfortable and luxurious. This place has some extra magic with elephants occasionally roaming the property. And every staff member being super friendly going above and beyond making sure you have the best time. Already planning to come back."

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my parents have travelled all around Sri Lanka and tried many different cuisines, so coming from them, that is actually really huge to hear! Next time I’m in Lanka, I already know where my first stop will be. 10/10 for such a great stay!"

"We stayed here for a few days to go to Yala National Park and Hotel Elephant Eye was a great location for taking a SAFARI Tour. The owner is very friendly and the staff are very hardworking. The property is very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Easy walk or Tuk tuk to town for restaurants and grocery stores."
