"The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is noisy with loud music playing until late at night and dogs barking. In the room adjacent to mine someone was having an argument for about 45 minutes. Yelling could be heard clearly in my room even with the door closed."

"Spotless!!!!!!!! Nice smell. Location was perfect. Close to Manuel Antonio, and Quepos. So you get some jungle and some city. I would recommend some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Everything else was top notch. Love the bathroom, the bed, the view and air conditioning "

"The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. "

"The pool is in need of serious repairs. The air took a long time to cool down. I let the lady at the front desk know but she said it was because it was hot outside. The restaurant was closed. Not a resort. "

"Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. "Great breakfast menu selection with large portions, there’s even eggs benedict! All of the staff were amazing, we received the best service here of all the places we’ve stayed at in Costa Rica. You can spot macaws and monkeys across the property. The restaurant has a stunning view. Would definitely return!"

"Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

"The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it. "
