Pros:
• Excellent location for NASA – cross the bridge only
• Room was clean.
• Staff was outstanding: friendly & welcoming.
• Heated pool, pool toys, table tennis.
• Nice rooftop bar concept.
Cons / why I wouldn’t stay again:
• Misleading room ad: The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, very short, bends in the middle, and not suitable for an adult or even a child; not for sleeping as ad-ed.
• 2 TVs in the room but no divider at all (no wall, furniture, or separation), which makes no sense.
• Nothing around the hotel — you must drive ~15 minutes for food.
• No real food options on-site: Pool bar was closed, rooftop bar has nothing kid-friendly. After a long drive with kids, having to drive again for food is very inconvenient.
• Breakfast is a disaster: “Cooked-to-order” breakfast had 45+ minute waits, long lines, and frustrated guests. 2 very kind staff members were overwhelmed — this is bad management, not their fault. A simple self-serve breakfast would work much better.
Bottom line:
Okay hotel, excellent staff, poor management.
Studio for 5 is misadvertised, food options are a big NO for families, and breakfast effectively doesn’t exist. I feel bad for the staff who have to compensate for structural issues.
