Staff is just not good. There is clearly a leadership problem. From the valet, to check-in to the young team serving coffee everyone missed the beat on customer service.
The building needs attention our room was small, the AC did not work and the shower door is broken. The final blow, they overcharged us with fees for food we never ordered."
