"The staff at the hotel are amazing - so welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful."

"Cynthia is the hostess we all want, but rarely get. Attentive, courteous, friendly, professional. Lovely place, good staff, stay there. "

"Our stay at Swahili House was bittersweet. I agree with other reviews that mention the misleading pictures since there are several different houses for rent. There are three pools but you only get access to one ("your") pool. So forget about the others. The water in the pool was very warm. The pool's cleaning system was off now and then so we had to ask to turn it on. We stayed at Lofty Cottage for 5 nights. The house' Swahili style was very special. "Resort is old but charming. The rooms were lovely, washrooms were a little tired but overall a lovely stay."

"It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back."

"Experiencia única. Muy lujoso y acogedor. Repetiré"

"Serene, quiet, lovely beach view. The staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food so flavorful and fresh. The seafood platter is a must try. I enjoyed my short stay."

"Kein Klima , kein Fernseher wie im Angebot vorgesehen, die Klimatisierten Zimmer waren verschimmelt. Deswegen habe ich notgedrungen ein Zimmer mit Ventilatororen nehmen müssen. Personal ist hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Sind im Moment am renovieren."

"Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star."

"The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...
