On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés...

"Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost....

"this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to...
