Ken and Michelle were great hosts. Ken gave us lots of advice on what we could do during our stay. The room and amenities were wonderful, it had such a homely feel. The upside to this property is its inbuilt kitchen and parking!

Quiet and close to everything. Ken was amazing, he advised us about places to go for walks / hikes and restaurants, we followed all his suggestions without regrets, we enjoyed everything he mentioned. The only thing too mentioned if you have back or knee problems, there is not stand up shower, only jacuzzi, which is ok unless it's uncomfortable for you to get in and get out. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

I loved sitting out on the deck with morning coffee listening to the birds. The cabin had everything we needed and was comfortable. They were very helpful in suggesting hikes, places to visit and food to eat. I’d stay here again.

Our three night stay at the Cobblewood was so lovely!! Instructions on how to check in and check out were clear, the host introduced himself and gave us hiking/dining recommendations (all of which were perfect for us), and the house was clean. We stayed in the Golden Dawn suite and used the pull out bed provided. It was very comfy! There were no concerns with our stay. Highly recommend you stay here!

Ken met us when we arrived. He showed us around and talked with us about the area and places we may want to visit. He was very cordial. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. With 2 teenagers the space was needed. The street was on a quiet dead-end road, which we appreciated. The suite was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of room to spread out; my wife and I enjoyed a drink on the balcony most days. The location was perfect for us, but it depends what you are looking for. It was a very short walk to a small shopping area (Tacofino, Wildside Grill, an amazing ice cream store, a small convenience store, and others), a short walk to Mackenzie beach, and a little walk to the local brewery and a fish market. It was a longer walk (but easily doable) to town of you like to be in a be in a busier area, but the distance was perfect for us. The owner/manager, Ken, was very helpful. He ran into us a few times when we were walking and would check if we needed anything or needed any tips to enjoy the community. I would recommend for my friends and family.

There was no jetted tub in my room, given that it was mentioned in the room listing (***Jetted tub was the one of the main reason i booked room at this property***) Also, one the bedsheet had old black spot (not very visible but it was like some old oil or liquid spot). However, it was quiet stay.
