"I am currently staying at this property and am appalled by the lack of duty of care shown by the front desk staff. When checking in, I requested a simple solution to improve airflow in my room (a fan or ventilation check) as I suffer from claustrophobia, which can escalate into a serious medical issue.
Instead of offering assistance or empathy, the male receptionist on duty flatly told me, "We don't have anything for you. If you get into a medical emergency, we'll call an ambulance for you."
To treat a paying guest with such indifference when they disclose a medical concern is completely unacceptable. At 300 francs a night, you expect a professional level of hospitality, not dismissive remarks that put a guest's safety at risk. I am traveling with my family, and this experience has caused us immense stress. Do not expect any support from the staff here if you have a problem. The male receptionist refused to share their name so I don’t have anyway to identify if this is systemic or not."
