"If you are thinking of booking this hotel this is your sign to do it! Central location in Zamami(5 minutes walk to the port), clean rooms and the most friendly staff. From the moment you walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with the utmost respect. Although their english is very limited, they use translation tools to assist you in every way that they can. I had booked a 3 night stay and during the check-in process the front desk manager let me know that there was a incoming typhoon that...

"ダイビング目的。 梅雨入りしあいにく滞在中はずっと雨。初日夜数時間曇りに。 寝るだけなら狭いけど清潔感があり良い。 夜に曇りになり、テラスにあるバスタブからのゆったりお湯につかれたのは、とても静かで落ち着き癒されました。 洗濯機も200円で利用しましたが乾燥機はないです。 蚊が沢山いるので、虫除けスプレーが宿に置いてありました。助かりましたが、部屋にも蚊が入ってきてしまいかまれましたが仕方ないですね。 ハナムロのスタッフさんが色々と親切にしてくださり助かります。 チェックアウトの日、雨が酷く出歩けなかったのですがチェックアウト時間をフェリー時間まで延ばしてくださり、部屋にいる事ができました。こちらも大変助かりました。ありがとうございました！"

"今回も前回同様に2泊しましたが、前回とは接客態度やサービスが落ちてしまったので残念です。 前は、到着時に入口まで出迎えがありましたが、今回は誰も出て来ませんでした。仕方なく自分でロビーまでラゲージを運びました。 朝食も以前は素晴らしかったですが、今回は質の良くないバイキングに変更になってました。 繁忙期直前で忙殺される時期ではなかったはずですが、ただやるきのない接客態度だったです。 多分、もう利用しません。"
