"Everything was okay when i finally checked in except the awful smell in the elevator and the reception area. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important."

We booked the superior room but the room we were given had stains and was dirty. I called the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room we had booked.
