Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient.

The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money.

1. Location: Very easy to commute to HND airport. If you want to buy some snack in 24 hours convenience store, there are two right cross street. If you are visiting Ginza, shinjuku, roppongi or azabudai. You can use toei one day pass to travel, it saves you money. If you like dinning place, only suki ya or matsuya available. Better get some food in shinjuku if you like dinning in the restaurant. 2. Facility: I love the public bath at 2nd floor. And the water pressure is very good. (There is a swimming pool, we didn’t have chance to use it) 3. Service : The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It was raining one day in this trip. They offer me an umbrella to use when I travel in the city.

This hotel resembled a subpar Vegas establishment but with uncomfortably small rooms that lacked ventilation. Unlike many other hotels, there was no flexibility in check-in or check-out times. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our stay. Additionally, the staff seemed unprepared to assist foreign guests, struggling to understand and meet basic requests. The check-in process felt impersonal, relying on a confusing automated system for assistance.

The room was a bit small but did its job. Water pressure was great. 5 for cleanliness. The bar downstairs was very convenient as well. Breakfast buffet was good.

When we got into our room we were shocked at how small it was, which wasn’t a problem. We found hair on our bed sheets and in the bathroom, from a previous guest or cleaner not sure. What was super frustrating was having one person at the front desk tell us we could ship our luggage to our next hotel the same day as long as we dropped it off before 9am, unfortunately the next day when we checked out at 7:45am we went to drop our luggage off, a different worker refused to help us and told us there was nothing he could do and told us it was our problem. It was frustrating because we knew it could be shipped as the person who we asked the day before pulled out a whole binder with information and times that it would get to our next destination. It almost seemed like he didn’t wanna help us because the lobby was getting busy.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was cozy but had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was super quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel to all travellers.

This hotel is wonderful, they have a spa and self-service laundry. An underground station is literally right across the street and it’s only two stops into the center of Shinjuku. It’s a quiet area, which is nice. And the staff is excellent. They go out of their way to serve your every desire. Everything was spotless, super clean.

I got in super late because of flights and transitions. This was my first time in Japan and literally went to the wrong bus station from NRT. Front desk got me set up super fast and was very helpful with the questions I had about payments, etc.

The hotel room was extremely small. Two people could not pass each other in the room. Bathroom extremely small. Had to step up to get into bathroom No where to store luggage except under bed. No closet. Cleaning service only came every 3 days. Staff did not speak English. Everything was done on computer- check in, luggage hold.

Good: Very clean, convenient and near Nishishinjuku Gochome Station (walking distance), amenities all provided, hot bath is a plus. Can improve: TV show selection very limited, all in japanese even under "foreign movies" category. TV max volume too soft to hear the actors speaking (since subtitles all in Japanese so we had to rely on the sound).

A nice hotel with an attentive staff and a decent in-hotel dining option. For a hotel that hosts so many foreign guests, I was a little shocked to learn about the tattoo policy at the onsen. They will give their guests two stickers at most to cover up their tattoos and if those stickers don’t cover everything, you cannot go to the onsen. That was frustrating for me, but you can’t argue with another country’s customs when you’re a visitor.

Walkable proximity to great sites. Great safe area. Unfortunately the staff were not knowledgeable on the area and twice told me to phone a business. Tricky with my limited Japanese.
