Wasn't made clear at booking that this is an *unstaffed* location, meaning they cannot offer amenities like luggage shipping and receiving, calling taxis, or suggesting local activities. All interaction with staff is done through remote video calling, email, or text. They also do not have smaller amenities typically offered at other hotels, like slippers, free water, and pajamas. They only offer free cleaning after 6 nights, which means you have to request fresh towels and arrange for them to take your trash out on your own. The kitchen in our room wasn't cleaned properly, with grease stains on the walls and dirty dishes that I had to clean before we could use.
