"My 12-hour layover in Tokyo turned into something unexpectedly memorable thanks to Centurion Hotel Akasaka. After a grueling 14-hour flight, I needed a quick place to rest and booked this hotel somewhat hastily and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a first visit to Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything you might need even on a tight schedule. I arrived late at 11 PM and checked out early at 6 AM, yet everything felt seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out was the staff. They were intentional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. It was raining when I arrived, and they made sure I was taken care of in every way. To top it off, I was even upgraded, which made my short stay feel extra special. If you’re passing through Tokyo or even staying longer, I would highly recommend this place without hesitation."

"Very underwhelming, dated property. Given the price and 5 star rating there are many better choices in Tokyo. The room was clean but bit dated. No real outstanding features. Breakfast was very mid. Staff were robotic and not the usual level of courtesy we've experienced all over Japan. They seemed tired and a bit annoyed. I think the property commands the premium becuase of the location near Tokyo Tower etc. Beyond that nothing really special. Just an OK hotel in a good enough location."

"This place is nearby of the good places like the train station that take you to Shibuya crossing, to see punch at the zoo and ect. Roppongi is amazing for Food, entertainment and shopping. The hotel is super clean and the staff is incredible and respectful."

"Front desk concierge was a mixed group, some impatient and surly, others polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the food service staff was very helpful and friendly, especially a nice young lady named Aiko. The room was okay , beds run firm. Pillows are good. They have Toto toilets. The room is clean. The only thing I noticed was a ring of mold around the window seals, but I noticed it just before check out and didn’t mention it."
