The room was quite comfortable-it was smallish but very clean and comfortable.. The bathroom was exceptional with a bidet, heated toilet seat a very deep, nice soaking tub-shower combo.

Conveniently connected to terminal 3, and the hotel lobby is impressive, modern, & clean, unfortunately the rooms are outdated & very odd glass partition between bathroom and bedroom. Seriously understaffed. Huge queues to check in & for concierge. Had to wait half an hour for someone to retrieve ...

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Room was clean although it’s old hotel. Normally I stay here in Tokyo because of convenience of transportation. This time, I had to request to change the room because of the smell of smoke coming into the room in the evening although it was on non-smoking floor.
