"I was only needing the room for about 8 hours because I was driving in from Houston for Orientation for my young one so we didn't get in until 1:30 am . The air was but it smelled of old cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was broken and there were dead beetle all over the floor and a spider in the ceiling and I actually paid $90 for 7 hours for this crap!"

"Rooms were clean, however overall maintenance of the property was very poor. Our rooms AC was cooling but not dehumidifying so room always felt wet. Also back door to property never locked leaving security concerns. Last during breakfast one staff member cleared out all prepared breakfast sandwiches and some other items and took them to someone in a car outside."

"I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry"

"The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. There was plenty of good fruit and cereals. Only pork options for breakfast meat, and I don't eat pork. The eggs were rubbery, but I wasn't expecting a 5-star meal. It just seems like maybe they were premade microwavable eggs. I just had a waffle and fruit. Otherwise, it was nice, decent enough and a good price."

"We checked in and immediately adjusted the temperature in the room and set out on our excursion. We returned a couple hours later and the temperature was about the same. We lowered the temperature again and headed to the pool. While at the pool we discovered the restroom was very unclean! I sent a text message as requested and the response was questions. Did the toilet overflow? What happened? I didn’t know what happened. I was simply reporting an issue I discovered. Again met with questions....

"The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it."
