"This is my third stay at Easy Living Apartments, and I will stay again, just to state that up front. Location within Placencia village, unbeatable! The apartments are spacious and clean. Due to the flooding this year, the apartment smelled of mold, but it wasn't terrible. The shower didn't want to drain, so that needs fixed. *Primary complaint, unlike previous visits, one of the other apartments had roughly ten people staying in it and it was day and night chaos. Loud, Loud, Loud! It was pretty...

"This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

"Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here. "
