Lovely old hotel in historic city

The girl on the check-in desk was wonderful and was like that during my stay. Unfortunately she had her days off before I left and I missed her sunny disposition. Breakfast cost was €10. Breakfast lady was lovely. Sites were within walking distance from the hotel. Room was comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities within the room.

Excellent value for the money. Right in the city center. Taxi always arrived within a few minutes when I needed to go outside of the city center. Very good breakfast. Clean. Friendly personnel. Comfortable bed. Small room but room had everything I needed.

Fantastic Hotel! Perfect for those who need a good bed and a clean bathroom at a good price. Very clean and quite. Cool AC. Location was great near the Cathedral and found it centrally located and easy walking to most attractions. Surroundings felt very safe at all times. Staff was very friendly. We did not try the breakfast service and preferred eating out. Good modern elevator for the suitcases or tired legs. Will definitely recommend.

This Place Is A Dump!

This place is a dump. Reception dude told us curtly when we tried to check in that he was busy and that we had to wait. We then realized that he was watching TV on his computer. The room reeked of mildew. We found a “real” hotel, pulled our stuff out of the Eurico and had a great visit to Toledo. We gladly let them keep the rental fee. DON’T EVEN CONSIDER IT!

Translate to English: Overall, the hotel was fine, the lobby is nice and everything looks fine on the outside. But the rooms need some upgrades, the sheets and towels as they are stained and no longer white, but gray. Our worst nightmare was the air conditioning; apparently, they added something to give the room a scent, and it was too much. It was suffocating, and we tried to sleep with masks on, but it didn't work. My wife is asthmatic and started coughing nonstop. In the end, we turned off the air conditioning and opened the window. Although it was hot, it was manageable. However, around two in the morning, a couple in the next room, who also had their window open, started arguing and continued until four-thirty in the morning. At five, we packed our bags and left. Sorry, but never again. The worst experience; we traveled for a month through Spain, visiting many hotels and hostels, and this was the worst.

Durante la estancia no hubo agua caliente, todos los huéspedes de quejaban con la recepcionista y la chica estaba más entretenida en sacarse los mocos de la nariz que en resolver el problema. No hubo agua ni en la noche ni en la mañana. Aún espero por el reembolso que me iban a realizar
