"I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they didn’t have my reservation and told me to go find another hotel. This left me stranded in the middle of the night with two minors, desperately searching for a place to stay. It was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
