"Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal."

"The room was awful. First we had to change rooms due to rabid barking dogs in the room next to ours, then we move to the second floor with no elevator so we have to lug everything up there. The rooms toilet was broken, the shower handle fell off after 1 use, the fridge didnt work, the door lock was broken, I mean i could go on and on, it was shameful. The breakfast buffet was eggs, some old cereal, coffee, and some runny waffle mix with no butter and a little cold syrup. What the hell? No juice,...

"This is a CLEAN refurbished Motel 6- excellent value for a no-frills room. Non-smoking but lingering smoke smell in the halls despite a solid a/c blasting cold air. Room had a full-size frig that was broken but was replaced same day by maintenance, so no worries there. This is billed as extended stay location, so our room didn’t get cleaned but we didn’t want to be bothered anyway- very simple to go to the front desk and get fresh towels."
