We stayed at so many different places that I guess I just didn't check to see. But, we were a bit taken aback when after eating breakfast we were asked to settle the bill for it."

Treats and coffee/tea provided in the room. Friendly and cozy pub for visitors and locals with full menu available. Grand, formal dining room and halls for guests. Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking.

"Quiet area and comfortable stay. The place had all the necessary amenities for a night’s stay. They offer a nice lounge and provide both a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to bring and enjoy our own food. Overall, a pleasant experience!

"The Morlich was the perfect location for me as I was attending a conference in the adjacent venue. Very comfortable room, with plenty of space. Lovely shower. Robes and slippers provided. My only slight criticism is that the lift was very dated and I felt a little concerned about using it. Also, breakfast wasn't served on the premises. "Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from
