"This trip was riddled with issues, which is odd b/c we've stayed here intentionally probably 5-6x previously with great experiences. Upon checkin, I was told the elevator was broken and it would be 8-9pm before the repairman arrived. Ok, so they moved me to a first floor room, not ideal but whatever, ..."
