"Room was clean but bathroom not in good working order. Sink didn’t drain well, toilet didn’t flush well and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. For the price, a breakfast would have been good. "

"The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay...

"The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. "

Food in restaurant also delicious and freshly prepared very efficient even though it was very busy Sleepy little village with lovely walk along the river If you want to make this place even more special consider adding a spa or pool. "Room clean, hotel updated and nice, breakfast decent. Check-in was a little slow (2-3 staff, but still a 15+ minute wait to get to the front of the line), and the building is undergoing some renovations so there was noise. I slept like a rock though."
