The only downside was how rude the dinner staff was one night when the entire room was empty and I asked to use an extra chair for my purse, as they didn’t have a purse stool. 200 empty chairs and the one I used was taken away… But, other than that we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort/other staff!"

"⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Venus Beach Hotel was extremely unpleasant. A staff member named Sofia spoke to me rudely at breakfast when I politely asked where the cutlery was. She told me I “cannot sit over that side” and then publicly commented that I needed to “dress properly,” even though I had a blouse over my bikini and was never told about any dress code. I would have happily abided by any dress code. It was humiliating and made me uncomfortable returning to breakfast...

"Great for families, decent and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, always helpful. The location is nice, with a sea view and promenade for walks/jogs. The food was good, enjoyed the Indian and Peruvian special dinners. The outdoor and indoor pools, spa offer good opportunities for relaxation"

"The breakfast was very varied and each dish was flavourful. Each evening we entered our room, it was freshly cleaned with some complimentary chocolates. Also, the beach view was completely unobstructed and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming."

"The toilet didn't have a hook, apart from one holding a handtowel. Further, the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. No microwave , nor washing liquid or tea-towel or paper-roll. It was a bit chilly, but there was no central heating either. Not very happy with the hotel. I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. "
