"We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies. The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. "Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign. She told him it’ll have to wait until morning because she doesn’t know where they keep the stuff. Then when I checked i walked down the hall to my room. There was dog poop in the hallway.
