"Winnie's was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Tonga. The room was very clean, and the complex was enclosed with a tall wall and gate making the place feel very safe. Liz and Marc were very polite and hospitable. I will definitely be returning to Winnie's. "

"I didn't get what I expected in booking a deluxe king room. The air condition didn't work, the TV didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no mini bar stock in the fridge, no tea/coffee supplies, only the kettle. We were moved to a standard room and still the air con didn't work. The towels were not replenish the whole time we were there."

"Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again."
