"Very disappointing experience overall. The room smelled strongly of smoke and felt musty from the moment I entered. Cleanliness was also an issue, as there were visible stains on the bed. The biggest problem, however, was the noise. The air conditioning and cooling units were extremely loud, and the walls seemed paper-thin — I could clearly hear neighboring guests, their TV, conversations, and other noise throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep properly. In addition, the general maintenance of the hotel did not meet expectations, as even facilities in the reception area were not functioning properly. What made the experience even more frustrating was that my complaints were not addressed at all, neither by email nor by phone. Unfortunately, this was far below the standard I expected and not an experience I would recommend."

"While the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities were outdated and undergoing renovations in main areas but not where needed in the rooms. In addition, the construction started outside our window at 6:45 am and was very loud. Lastly the AC in the room did not cool the room at all (only the fan worked). The location, however, is ideal for a quick overnight and walking the Main Street."
