"Booked a deluxe twin room and upon check-in I was assigned a wheelchair access room which had bed bugs! I called reception at 1 am in the morning because I was itchy as something kept biting me hence affecting my sleep. The night manager on 29/10/06 was very helpful and moved me into a room that I ACTUALLY booked for. Horrendous, uncomfortable and very inconvenient stop over stay, which never needed to happen."

"English is not available, this hotel seems to be very local, in spite of an international hotel group.
My colleagues mentioned AC doesn’t work properly.
Foods and cleaning are good."
