"We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, but the staff were so welcoming and pleasant to us. That set the tone for our whole stay - the staff was always helpful and accommodating, our room was spacious and clean, and all the little amenities (toiletries, yukata, drinks, and snacks) were wonderful. Highly convenient as well since it's only a bus ride away to tourist areas such as Nishiki Market, Gion, Kumo River, and all the shrines/temples. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
