Great hotel, beautifully decorated and extremely well located, right down on the river walk, in city center with plenty of options for restaurants and a subway station. Room was comfortable and spacious. Friendly and professional staff We took the breakfast option and both food and seevice were excellent. It’s my second time there. Staff is exceptional and I always stay in the garden room. It’s convenient to nearly everything including the Kyoto Museum of Art, Another C (great Restuarant, get a reservation), Nishikki Market, convenience stores, good ramen, cafes, etc. Not cheap, but lots of value.

Lovely hotel in Kyoto. Our garden room was very nice with a modern feel. Staff all very helpful. Happy for us to leave our cases on our last to day and collect later.
