NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY AT IN KYOTO

There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!

すごく良い場所にあります。 市内を一望できる場所で清水寺なども徒歩圏内、付近にお店も多く、夜は静か。 夕食も付近に祇園にしかわさんなど良いお店があり便利なとこでした。 建物内の作りやスタッフさんの対応もパークハイアットらしい感じでとても素晴らしかった。 また機会があれば滞在したいです。

少々残念でした。

フロントスタッフの数名は、しっかり全体を見渡し、対応されていましたが、実際に担当された方がどこかへ行ってしまい、チェックインに時間を要したので、残念でした。 複数の国のパークハイアットに宿泊していますが、今回が一番残念に感じました。車寄せの際のスタッフの方々もまだ、あまり慣れていないせいか、日本の他のハイアットの方がスムーズです。 部屋は、新しいということもあり清潔でよかったです。

クラスを感じるひと時でした。

入館から退館まで丁寧にサービスいただき大変快適でした。山側スイートの専用庭が部屋との一体感があり落ち着いてよかったです。京大和の和朝食も一つ一つ味わいがあり最高でした。夜のバー琥珀の景色も空間もよかったです。

綺麗清潔なホテルでした。ウェルカムシャンパンも、冷えてて美味しく気分よくいただきました。 しかし、スタッフの方々の対応が、、、 チェックイン時に座ったテーブルについて、このような状況で人との距離を保ちましたたい時に、ロビーには沢山テーブルがあり、そこにいるのは、私たちともう一組だけなのに、隣同士に座らせてること、 チェックイン後、散歩しようと荷物をフロントに預かってもらうと、、、外出はチェックアウトの精算をしてからにしてと外国人スタッフに言われました。しかも走って追いかけてきて。こんなに滞在人数が少なく、高いお支払をしているのに、お客様の顔も覚えていない対応、次の日も荷物を預かってもらい、取りに行くと、スタッフは右往左往して、待たされます。 フロントには、何人も人がいる割に連携がないようで、全て対応が遅いです。高い割に、ホスピタリティーは、低いホテルでした。
