Hotel clearly has a focus on being eco friendly. Shuttle to the beach meant the resort was away from the noise of Ao Nang Beach but easy to get to. "

"The resort is located in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and not on the Main Street which was nice. Had a beautiful view and pool. One complaint we had was that the water isn’t safe to drink and they only provided 2 very small water bottles of drinking water per room and it took an act of god it felt like to get more… we have stayed at plenty of resorts where they provide filling stations or unlimited water bottles of water, also we had to pay for water at the pool, no good. We stayed at the hotel for only 3 days and unfortunately they were doing renovations on the front of the property, but that did not hinder our experience much at all (just a bit loud from the tools in the day) Would highly recommend the spa treatment"

"Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay."
