"I was disappointed when I was told I could not have cheese on my "omlette." It's NOT an omlette if it has no cheese. I felt bothered by this because ine if the reasins I chose yo stay here was for the omlette. Also the pool was outdoors and I saw no mention of that in your advertising."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Larix. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. In the lobby there is a snack and tea/coffee station. There is also a common lounge area with beautiful hardwood floors, a high ceiling and a fireplace. The staff were friendly and I found the location ideal as it was next to the town plaza and restaurants, and of course the ski hill and trails are a few minute drive away. Also the breakfast was great."

"The hotel was beautiful. The best breakfast I’ve had a hotel that was included with the room. The room was excellent. Cozy bed and pillows. Loved the indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. My girls really enjoyed the hot chocolate and free cookies in the lobby. Thank you. We will be back. "

"Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times I tried with the same disappointing results. Since there was no staff on site at the hotel all we could do is leave and pay for a service we didn’t want and couldn’t cancel. I will never book with Expedia again"
